As a veteran agent with 26 years of market experience, Ed has seen the ups and downs of the Manhattan real estate market from both sides of the transaction aisle. Ed has focused on the sales and marketing for numerous developments ranging from cooperatives and condominiums to new construction single-family residences. His most recent position was with GMAC Real Estate, where as Director of Sales and Marketing Ed specialized in the selling of condominiums in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. He found a niche market in servicing relocations to New York from all over the world. Ed completed GMAC's Premier Service Certification, offering the highest level of service to my customers and clients, with a 97% satisfaction rating. Received a Residential Marketing Master certification, was awarded "Sales Agent of the Year" in 2006 and ranked in the top 10% for gross commissions earned within the franchise nationwide. His sales exceeded $9,000,000 during his tenure. Prior to this Ed worked for developer/builders and sponsors of condominiums, conversions and single family homes. His experience has taken him to Philadelphia, where his sales and marketing experience launched a $35 million condominium, the first in over 20 years for the area. In Westchester County Ed's expertise was again utilized in a $16 million single family housing development and the re-launch of a 182 unit condominium in White Plains with a sellout of $14 million. His Manhattan experience included the sales and marketing of a 50 story high rise in Murray Hill and the rental of a 35 story luxury rental building on the Upper East Side.
